Tyden Seal
A tin-plated steel seal for TIR rope ends, containers, and other packages. Its narrow width fits small seal openings. Identified by an embossed letter and 6-digit number, with options for short text. Forms a fixed ring when locked and requires a cutter for removal.
Product Information
The metal band seal Tyden is versatile, used to secure TIR rope ends on tarpaulin wagons, box wagons, rail wagons, tank trucks, containers, and various packages.
Made of tin-plated sheet steel, the Tyden seal has a band thickness of 0.3 mm, making it suitable for very narrow sealing openings. It can also be used with the Bednorz extension to connect widely spaced sealing points or adapt to smaller openings.
To secure, insert the sealing tape into the spherical locking mechanism until it clicks into place, forming a fixed-diameter ring. Identification includes an embossed letter and a 6-digit sequential number, with the option for additional text up to 16 characters. A side cutter is required for removal.
